Sevas at Raghavendra Swami Matha Turvihal

At Turvihal Raghavendra Swami Matha, a variety of sevas are offered daily and on special occasions to invoke the blessings of Sri Raghavendra Swamiji. Each seva performed with faith and devotion brings peace, prosperity, and spiritual upliftment to the devotee and their family.

 Daily Sevas

Daily Sevas at Sri Raghavendra Swami Matha involve regular devotional rituals performed to honor the Guru and maintain the sanctity of the Brindavana. These include Suprabhata Seva (early morning prayers), Panchamruta Abhisheka (ritual bath of the Brindavana), Alankara Seva (decoration with flowers and ornaments), Maha Pooja/Madhyana Pooja (main daily worship with offerings), Deepa Aradhana (evening lamp worship), and Prasada Vitarane (distribution of blessed food to devotees). Each seva allows devotees to experience the divine presence and receive spiritual blessings.


 Special Sevas

Special Sevas offer devotees opportunities for meritorious service and personalized worship. Annadana Seva provides free meals to pilgrims, Tulasi Archana and Pushpa Seva involve offering sacred leaves or flowers at the Brindavana, Vastra Seva supports donations of clothes, Sankalpa Seva fulfills specific wishes through personalized rituals, Homa/Havana invokes divine blessings through fire rituals, and Aradhana Mahotsava Seva celebrates the Guru’s Jeeva Samadhi with grand poojas and community service.

Festival Sevas celebrate sacred occasions in the Dvaita Sampradaya tradition with devotion, chanting, and community participation. Major celebrations include Guru Aradhana, Vijaya Dashami, Sri Rama Navami, Sri Hanuman Jayanti, Deepavali, and other important festivals. Each festival is marked by special rituals, poojas, and cultural events, providing devotees a vibrant spiritual experience while honoring the legacy of Sri Raghavendra Swami.
